CDBG, HAP, ESG, and HOME Applications Available
Applications will be accepted beginning January 30th for the 2026 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Homeless Assistance Program (HAP), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) funding. A public meeting for assistance in completing the 2026 applications will be held on Wednesday, January 28th, 2026 at the Office on Aging conference room, 1st floor, Beaver County Human Service Building, 1020 8th Ave, Beaver Falls, PA 15010. The CDBG application will be discussed at 1:00 pm, the HAP and ESG applications will be discussed at 1:30 pm and the HOME application will be discussed at 2:00 pm. Interested applicants should email tkaminsky@beavercountypa.gov or call the Community Development Program of Beaver County at 724-770-2040 for the application form or questions about the application, translation of the application or accommodation for physical disability. Links to the application can also be found in the Forms section on the Community Development Program of Beaver County website. Deadline for application submission is 4:00 pm prevailing time Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
